Have We Truly Forgotten "The Clinton Years?" You Can't Make This Stuff Up! (But It Makes For Entertaining Democratic Fodder!)

Barack Obama,
Bill Clinton,
Democratic Nominee,
Hillary Clinton,
Tony Rezko fiasco
SO WHO DO YOU BELIEVE IN THE WAR OF THE DEMS??
Candidate 1, female who stands by her adulterer man, who now proclaims his "love," for same doting wifey who slams Candidate 2, Obama, about his slum lord friends (and then the above picture shows up!) or any of the other mudslinging that is going on between the Clinton's and Obama. The Clinton's know exactly what they're doing and I'm afraid Barack Obama has taken the proverbial bait. I'm from NC...you know the state in which Edwards was elected to do nothing? All this political crap is making Pretty Boy Edwards look better and better for the Dems. At least he's staying en pointe. That's about all I can say for him...unless that is, he wanted to give me some money or something like that.
I have been watching, like the rest of the US with interest in our political party nominations. It was no surprise at all when Hillary Clinton announced her candidacy. In fact, it was evident that is the only reason she moved to New York and ran for a Senate seat. That said, as Americans, are we CRAZY? Let's just take George W. Bush totally out of the picture for a moment. Did Bill Clinton set a whole new idea of "what sex is" for American youth? Did he spend his time in adulterous antics as opposed to running the country? There are die-hard Bill Clinton fans, but I have YET to see anything that he TRULY did that was beneficial to America. He met his own agenda. That was about it. He had always aspired to be president. He was young, fresh and aw-shucks enough that party lines were crossed and he was elected. The second term, however, I'm still scratching my head about.
And now HILLARY is claiming she has "35 years experience" in something, but she has yet to specifically spell out what exactly those 35 years are supposed to offer America. Lord knows in her initial co-presidency (that she intended when Bill was elected) thankfully didn't materialize and someone in the Beltway put a halt to that chatter. Her national health plan (oh boy she was really going to set the world on fire with that too!) was also a miserable failure. I am continually disgusted to keep hearing Bill Clinton (Egomaniac) refer to himself as the First Black President. If I were black, I would be livid. He's not black, as if he hasn't noticed and there are perfectly capable black politicians who can get things done for America that the Clinton's couldn't even dream about. (And didn't Bill Clinton say when Hillary announced her candidacy that she was running, not him? Can't prove it by me right now!)
With that, can someone PLEASE tell me what she has done for the state of New York, other than buy a house (first one they ever bought by themselves! Everything else was "provided"), run for office and set herself up for a presidential run this year. Of late, we have heard nothing that she WILL do as president...just this insane smoke and mirrors attack on Barack Obama. Sadly, he's falling for it too. I hope that shows the American people that he isn't quite mature enough politically to be Commander-in-Chief.
So, the argument continues...Obama is falling for "Daddy Bill's incessant ramblings, Hillary just demands that we all vote for her and I'm not sure she even knows why and I find it both sickening and entertaining all at once.
God help us if there's another 4 weeks of Clintons in the White House...much less 4 years or the remote possibility of 8 years!
A friend of mine mentioned the other day that she and her husband are speculating that, if nominated, Hill might choose Bill as her running mate. It might not be too far off base. If you listen to the news VERY CLOSELY...Hillary's campaign is now being referred to in plural..."They this" and "They that" in reference to the pair. I'm not sure constitutionally how that would play out, but I think it reads that a president cannot run more than two term SIMULTANEOUSLY. After a break (if they're still alive) I think they could run again. And to my knowledge, I don't think there is any provision about Vice-President.
Scary thoughts. Scary thoughts indeed. When "Daddy Bill" ran for his first term, if you will recall, he tried to woo us with his "Buy One, Get One Free" with regard to his wife. Remember the BILLARY days? They were trendsetters long before ""Benifer" and "Brangelina" and other Hollyweird name combinations were forced upon the American public.
And folks thought that the Ross Perot run was crazy?
It feels like a long time until November. I'm not sure I can stand the ALL CLINTON, ALL THE TIME controversies. I actually feel sorry for Obama. He's so politically wet behind the ears against the "Clinton Machine" as the pundits call it. Leave it to the Clinton's to throw out "the race card," when Obama is just as much Caucasian as he is African.
WAKE UP PEOPLE! We can't go through another round of Clinton's! We simply cannot!
Bottom line? This might not be as bad as it seems. Maybe they just want to get back into the White House long enough to complete the flatware set they got caught leaving with before. I think Hillary wanted 12 place settings...and she could only grab like six and a half. Oh, and there were just those few little tidbits from the Lincoln bedroom they had to put back. Heck, Just give 'em to 'em if it will keep them somewhere, ANYWHERE but the White House! I keep hoping this is all just a bad, bad dream...
